Random Players with ap3x Tag??

I have been seen other players with the ap3x clan tag and there not on the member list For ie : ap3x'||Black]] iam not sure if is in the clan

Dude, when u see a ' ap3x',[C]onvers[E] Tell Him to stop using tag. He isn't in the clan and he must app. as we all did !

So..
Before, he was in ap3x.. But then he doubled with a noob clan (Dr3) So he got kicked
Then he said to JeRrY .. Can I come back ? And Jerry Said Yes
And he got into the list once more
BUT 1 week ago.. HE LEFT ! And He was playing with me, like 4 days ago and said ' Ok.. I am in ap3x.. I was like WTF ??? You aren't in ap3x !!? YOU MUST APP And He got disconnected
